Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using hob.farm, StyleFusion, Grimoire, or any other HobFarm service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the services.

These terms apply to all users: visitors, registered users, and anyone interacting with our tools or APIs.

What HobFarm Provides

StyleFusion is an AI image generation platform. You upload a source image, StyleFusion extracts visual characteristics (colors, geometry, textures, mood), compiles prompts, and generates character variations using multiple AI providers. Access is gated through Cloudflare Access.

Grimoire is a knowledge graph and visual vocabulary system that powers prompt compilation. It includes a chatbot interface for exploring concepts and building creative directions.

HobBot is a content automation pipeline that generates and manages content across the platform.

Gallery is a public showcase of StyleFusion outputs and creative work.

The Website (hob.farm) hosts a portfolio, blog, project showcase, and help center.

Your Account

If you access gated services through Cloudflare Access, you’re responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. Don’t share access. Don’t attempt to access services you haven’t been authorized to use.

We can suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Your Content

What you upload stays yours. You retain ownership of any images, text, or other content you provide to our services.

You grant us a license to process it. By uploading content, you grant HobFarm a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, transform, and store that content as needed to provide the services. This license exists solely for service operation and ends when you delete your content or your account is terminated.

You’re responsible for what you upload. Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to. Don’t upload content that’s illegal, harmful, or violates anyone else’s rights. If you upload someone’s likeness, you need their consent.

AI-Generated Output

AI-generated images and text produced by StyleFusion, Grimoire, or HobBot are provided as-is. A few things to understand:

Ownership of AI output is legally unsettled. Copyright law around AI-generated content is evolving. We make no guarantees about the copyright status of generated outputs. You’re free to use outputs as you see fit, but you assume responsibility for how you use them.

Outputs may be similar across users. AI models can produce similar results for similar inputs. We don’t guarantee uniqueness.

Quality varies. AI generation is probabilistic. Results may not match your expectations. Some generations may contain artifacts, distortions, or unintended content.

We may use generation metadata (not your images or uploads) to improve our services. This includes prompt parameters, timing data, and model selection. Not your source images or personal content.

Prohibited Uses

Don’t use HobFarm services to:

• Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real people
• Produce content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Generate spam, phishing material, or deceptive content
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate our models or pipelines
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions
• Violate any applicable law

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation, and we’ll act on it without warning if necessary.

Service Availability

HobFarm is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted access. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

We depend on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, Google Cloud, various AI model providers). Outages or changes from those providers may affect our services, and that’s outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

HobFarm, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services. This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, data, or goodwill; service interruptions; AI output that causes harm; or unauthorized access to your data.

Our total liability for any claim related to these services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HobFarm, its operators, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

HobFarm’s code, design, brand assets, documentation, and knowledge graph content are owned by HobFarm. The Grimoire knowledge base, StyleFusion pipeline architecture, and HobBot automation system are proprietary.

Open-source components are used under their respective licenses, which are documented in the project repository.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify users through the website or other channels.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
