Invisible labor. Visible results.
AI image systems built by one developer.
Multi-provider. Multi-style. One architecture.
One System. Infinite Range.
Every image below was generated through the same extraction pipeline. Same architecture, different inputs. The style changes; the structural approach doesn't.
AI Is 40% There.
We Build the Other 60%.
Upload a reference image. The system extracts its visual DNA. That extraction becomes a structured schema. The schema drives generation across any provider. The character looks like herself everywhere.
EXTRACT
Upload a reference. Get structured visual DNA: face geometry, color palette, stylistic lineage, texture patterns.
COMPILE
The extraction becomes a schema. The schema drives provider-specific prompts automatically.
GENERATE
Same identity, any provider, any style. Swap models without losing the character.
VALIDATE
Human review. Adjust blend ratios, re-run specific agents, refine until it's right.
From concept to consistent character
The hard part isn't making the thing. It's knowing what you want to make.
We started with the most boring prompt we could think of: "generic female AI character." The result was exactly what you'd expect. No color, no personality, no direction. A placeholder.
Then we thought about what kind of art we actually like. The saturated energy of psychedelic poster art. The obsessive detail of surrealist illustration. We fed those influences into StyleFusion alongside the original image.
Ten minutes later, she was the Eldritch Bureaucrat, and she'll look like herself anywhere we put her. Not because the tool is magic, but because we knew what we were looking for before we started.
StyleFusion handles the technical translation. The creative decisions are yours.
One image in, structured character DNA out. Every card below was generated automatically from a single source image.

Same Engine. Every Project.
Every HobFarm tool runs on the Fractal Fusion Engine: six phases, any scale, any domain. The difference between processing one image and orchestrating a hundred-frame video is depth, not shape.
Provider-agnostic. Schema-first. Budget-enforced. The engine disappears. You see results.
// the mandelbrot principle
Every phase can contain the entire
pipeline inside itself.

StyleFusion
LiveMulti-provider image generation with structured metadata extraction and character identity lock.
Grimoire
LiveSelf-enriching visual and narrative vocabulary knowledge graph.
HobBot
LiveMulti-agent content orchestration and automated publishing swarm.

The Hob
In the folklore of the North York Moors, a hob is a household spirit. Not mischievous like elves, not menacing like boggarts. Helpful. A hob shows up uninvited, does the work nobody asked for, and disappears before dawn. Churns the butter, mends the fence, finishes the half-done chores. You never see it work. You just see the results.
That's the idea behind HobFarm. The "farm" part pulls triple duty: a farm full of hobs tending to creative tasks, a server farm running autonomous workflows, and the folklore tradition of leaving offerings so the spirits keep working. Feed the system good inputs, and the hobs do the rest.
The Character
He's been a mechanic with grease on his hands and a server rack behind him. A noir detective under sodium lights. A medieval tinkerer soldering something that shouldn't exist yet. The setting changes; the face doesn't. That's the point.
The Hob is built entirely through prompt engineering and reference management, not fine-tuning or custom models. Same bone structure, same attitude, same presence, regardless of what world he lands in. That consistency is what StyleFusion is designed to produce, and the Hob is the longest-running proof that the system works.
